　* The application period is Wednesday, February 1st, 2012 to Wednesday, February 29th, 2012.

Application Guidelines for English Track 2012 have the following information.

1. Admission Policy

3. Application Eligibility
   * Please refer to the Application Guidelines (pp.1-2).
4. Admission Schedule and Procedure
   *1 Application Period : Wednesday, February 1st, 2012- Wednesday, February 29th, 2012
   *2 Admission Decision : The admission decision is made on the basis of a complete set of submitted documents.
5. Application Procedure
   * The applicants must apply through the university online application sysytem except in the following cercumstances.
   - When you cannot access the online system.
   - When you cannot pay by credit card or through China Pay Service or PayPal.
6. Screening Fee and Payment Procedure
   * The non-refundable application fee is ¥15,000.
7. Application Documents
   a. Application Form (Form A)
   b. ID-photo
   c. Application Registration Card (Form B)
   * This will be necessary when applicants pay the screening fee at a financial institution in Japan.
   d. Statement of Purpose
   e. High school graduation (prospective) certificate
   f. Official high school transcripts
   g. Official standardized test Score / examination certificates
   * Please refer to the Application Guidelines (pp.12-14).
   8. Documents indicating English proficiency level
   * Not required if applicants has received the last 3 years of formal education in English, and are able to provide documentary evidence.
   9. Letter of Recommendation.
   * Must be sealed
   h. Copy of Passport
   i. Certificate of Foreign Resident Registration
   * Applicants residing in Japan only.
   j. Proof of financial status (Balance Statement)
   k. Copy of Application for Remittance
   * Required in case of remittance from a financial institution outside Japan.
